Good quality. Be careful when you order to specify size. Shipping could be faster. Be wary of coupon use. See other post.

Be careful when you order, you have to specify if you want .5mm or 1mm. I don’t know these don’t just utilize a drop down, that would make things a whole lot easier, & avoid getting the wrong cord like I did. Now I have to pay shipping to return some of the cord sizes that I don’t need. Second, shipping should be faster as the store is US based. Priority mail did not come any faster than regular mail. Third, be wary with their coupon codes. The coupon indicates you can get one free cord or two free cords, depending on how much you spend. However, the coupon, when applied, only discounts a flat $1 (for the one free cord). Make sure you follow up. The coupon also does not say you cannot get metallic cords free. That’s false advertising, so the coupon should be changed to reflect that. Cust svc is great however.

As always Becky has taken good care of me. She responded right away when I needed help. I love this cording. It doesn't fray and the color selection is great. It was packed with care and arrived promptly.
