This unique micro macrame necklace was handmade by Beckinka using an all natural chrysoprase gem cabochon and a small amazonite bead at the bottom. The stone color and neutral string combination is versatile and can go with anything in your wardrobe.
The waxed polyester strings (Linhasita Cor 211)) are extremely durable, water/sweat resistant, washable, and comfortable to wear. The necklace is finished with a macrame slip knot, which allows for various neck sizes and styles.
All jewelry begins with just a cord and stone, the rest is macrame "knotted" cord manipulated to create unique designs. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and designed to enhance the features of the stone.
CHRYSOPRASE PROPERTIES:
Chrysoprase is a variety of chalcedony (quartz) which is an opalescent apple green color. The name chrysoprase comes from the Greek chrysos meaning 'gold' and prason, meaning 'leek' or 'bloom'. The Greeks bestowed this name due to the presence of the golden drops that appear to be contained in the stone.
Healing, Chrysoprase is excellent for relaxation and brings universal energy into the body.
